ZS apply??

PD sir.......plz respond to this quickly.....as u must b knowin, we also hv to apply on the zs website. I completed the application process and i ws filling out the 'informational survey' after completing my profile. But, before i could submit, power went off. After power came back, when i logged in again, there ws no survey asked again. Is it ok?? or do i hv to take the survey again?? n how...........

then what is the point of the assessment/survey if they do not read the cover letter??
what basis is the shortlisting done on then??
